1. Ticket Purchases:
Advance Bookings:
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of booking: A refund of 90% of the ticket amount will be processed.
  • Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit: A 50% refund of the ticket charges will be issued.
  • Cancellation on the same day as the visit: No refund will be provided.
On-the-Spot Purchases:

Tickets purchased directly at the park are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Group and School Bookings:
Deposits:
  • Deposits paid for group or school bookings are refundable only if:
  • The park is unable to open on the reserved date.
  • Government health restrictions prevent hosting the group.
  • Capacity limitations prevent accommodating the group.
  • Operational restrictions reduce ride availability to 50% or less.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations or date changes are due to the guest's change of mind.
3. Memberships and Annual Passes:

Memberships and annual passes are non-transferable and non-cancellable.

No refunds or adjustments will be made for unused portions of memberships or passes.

4. Activity Cancellations:
  • In the event of natural calamities, severe weather, or safety concerns, certain activities may be suspended or canceled.
  • No refunds will be provided for activities canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. General Terms:
  • All cancellations must be communicated through our official channels.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Himrock Adventure reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
